As part of its fleet expansion, we advised business jet operator LUMINAIR on the acquisition and integration of several Textron Aviation Citation XLS+ aircraft for commercial charter operations. Our work covered the underlying cross-border transactions, including acquisitions involving sellers and aircraft histories in different jurisdictions, as well as the legal and regulatory requirements associated with bringing the aircraft into commercial service in Germany. We advise AIR UNIQON on the development of its business and flight operations. This has included its market entry and the legal framework for launching scheduled air services from Friedrichshafen Airport to Berlin, Hamburg, Düsseldorf and Sylt. Our role also covers contractual structures and regulatory requirements supporting the continued development of its business model. AIR UNIQON specialises in domestic point-to-point business routes operated with De Havilland DHC-8-Q400 aircraft.

WindroseAir has been active in business aviation for almost 30 years and operates a diverse fleet ranging from light jets to super-midsize aircraft, including the Embraer Phenom 100EX, Cessna Citation XLS+ and Bombardier Challenger 300. We advise the Berlin-based jet operator on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters arising from its commercial charter and aircraft management business, including contractual structures, operational arrangements, regulatory requirements and compliance.

With Airbus A340 aircraft operating on routes worldwide, Frankfurt-based airline USC GmbH provides ACMI and charter services under a German AOC.
