Based in the center of Berlin, we work with clients across Germany, Europe and internationally, often supported by a trusted network of specialist lawyers in key jurisdictions.
THE FOUNDER
Moritz Heile studied law in Munich, London and Singapore, where he earned his LL.M., and completed his legal training in Berlin and New York. Before founding GOODVICE, he worked at leading international law firms. He later earned his PhD in aviation law from the University of Cologne, graduating summa cum laude.
Alongside his legal practice, Moritz lectures on international aviation law, regularly publishes on current regulatory and industry issues and is co-author of Aviation Law, a comprehensive handbook on the legal framework governing the aviation industry.
Today, his practice spans aviation, transportation and complex commercial disputes, advising clients on both industry-specific matters and high-stakes litigation. Clients do not come to Moritz for a generalist who needs to get up to speed. They come for someone who already knows their world – because he is part of it himself.
